Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Automotive Technician to handle a variety of automotive maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate will have expertise in auto estimating, mechanical knowledge, automotive diagnostics, and schematics. Experience in diesel engine repair is a plus.
Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in door skins, quarter panel replacements, assembly and disassembly.
- Ability to realign car frames and chassis to repair structural damage.
- Skills in hammering out or patching dents, dimples, and other minor body damage.
- Proficiency in welding, grinding, sanding, buffing, and priming refurbished and repaired surfaces.
- Meticulous disassembly to prepare repair plans and ensure all needed repairs are properly identified.
- Expertise in highline specialty tools (e.g., mig and pulse welders, self-piercing riveting guns, aluminum and steel dent fix stations).
- Compliance with safety rules, OEM guidelines, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive repair or service..
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work directly with production managers and parts managers
- Tools, OEM training, and I-Car and ACE certifications are preferred OR willingness to become certified within the first 60-days of employment
Schedule:
- Full-time
- 8-hour shift
- Monday-Friday

- $30-$40 per hour depending on experience
